Vs panasonix 14-140

I have already the panasonic 14-140 3.5-5.6 have anyone tried both? I just want to know the IQ in good light condition is it better? The AF speed also even though the pan is fast enough for my need. The extra reach is not important and the bigger aperture too. this will be used on the e-m5 II. I have read somewhere that lens and body from same manufacturer works better in MFT together is that true?

Re: Vs panasonix 14-140

If u r asking if the Oly 14-150ii is better, I would say it's main advantage is that it has the weather-proof sealing.  I doubt if one lens is inherently better than the other.  Copy-to-copy variation would prob b the main difference.

It is when using the Oly on lumix cam that u lose image stabilization.  But I m not aware of any deficit in visa-versa...unless the lumix is more susceptible to shutter shock.  W/ e-shutter on the EM5ii, not to mention 0-sec delay (EFCS) there should be effective ways to avoid SS, w/no down side(-:

Disclaimer: while I have (&love) the lumix 14-140ii, I have not used the Oly 14-150.  But I have read numerous threads comparing the two.
