Agree with Bill here.

I was born in England in 1955 and have no color photos............Dad took a bunch in B&W.

I like the color balance of the A200, and looks like yours did a great job.

Re: Newborough forest

Thanks Mike .

I'm not sure if this was a JPEG straight out of the camera or developed from a RAW file , but either way it's captured a lot of detail , colours and tones .

Looking into the forest , you look into blackness with your eyes , so I know I've processed it to bring out depths .

Since when this was taken and processed I've started using Lightroom 5 , if this was a RAW file I reckon I could process it again to bring out much richer colours and emphasise the detail more .

When I get chance I will find it and have another go .

It does show that the KM A200's sensor and lens is very capable of capturing a  lot , given care with the exposure at the time . Still very usable .

Very nice P.P., well done. Pines look similar and yet they are different with these in Belgium or Austria.

Thank you .

I think it was probably quite harsh light when I took this .

A polarizer filter would have helped , they are normally much greener .

Though being on the sand dunes near the marshes did give them a bluish tinge .
