EM-1 C-AF Focus Tracking with PRO lenses

This may have been discussed before and I've seen some examples of it on blogs and what not but I wanted to get some input about real-world experience.

How good is the EM-1's focus tracking with lenses like the 40-150 PRO (and the other PRO lenses)? And, more importantly, how good is it in low-light and/or backlit conditions?

I photograph a weekly car show and I've found its award ceremony at the end of the show (where I have to track a man hopped up on red bull as he dances and runs around the place) proves to be too challenging for most mirrorless cameras AF systems that I've tried. Those being Fuji, Samsung, and Sony.

I know from 'borrowing' a family members EM10 that IQ from ISO 2500-6400 (I am very forgiving with noise), which is where I sit at most during those ceremonies, is more than good enough for me. I just wasn't able to test its AF system since I was using a old legacy lens on it.

I've been interested in  the M4/3's mount system for a while now. Chiefly for its lenses, weather-sealing, IBIS, video, and just generally how much lighter the system is compared to FF. Now that Olympus has all those rebates going on I'm sorely tempted to jump into the M4/3's system.

In case people care, I shoot with Sony DSLT's and yes I do know about the LA-EA4 adapter and while its good I am honestly not in the mood to have to deal with adapters for mission critical work.
