Decades ago there used to be full frame lenses that were 35-105 f3.5-4.5.  Those lenses got pushed longer and wider to things like the 28-135mm f3.5-5.6.

I am curious, what would you primarily use a 35-105mm f4 lens for?  The focal range seems good for portrait use, but I would think the f4 would be too slow?

18mm pancake, significantly shorter than 22mm, and I´ll be in heaven.

Tried to pocket my M + 22mm today. It´s doable, but with even shorter lens, it would be everything I need.

Sorry, I was thinking in FF terms. It should have been 22-66mm.

Over the years I have found the EF-S 17-55mm f2.8 to be such a wonderful zoom that having an EF-M 16-50mm f2.8 would be fantastic. The EF-M line is desperate for bright lenses across the range.

Wow I see a lot of votes for 60/2.8 IS I guess we have a lot of macro enthusiasts and professionals here

I have the EF-S 60/2.8 and I have to say the focusing on M3 is really slow. I guess it's to be expected cause it's a macro lens with a long focus throw and an EF-M version with IS would be nice. But never expected it to have a higher demand than the likes of 15-80, 16-50/2.8, 50-150/2.8, etc.

Over at Sony people are still whining about not having a fast 2.8 zoom and here people want a macro over a fast 2.8 zoom. I guess I'm on the right boat. Screw the chunky and heavy fast zooms lol.
