What lens would you like to see next?

It's been 2 yrs. since the last NX lens poll, and since then, two of the lenses have been produced (16-50 2.8 and 50-150 2.8).  Which lens would you like to see next?  Would you buy any of them?

With respect, there have been soooooo many threads on this in recent months.............

I know that there are several threads on Samsung producing more lenses.  But as for polls, the last one was in 2013.  A poll provides more useful aggregate data for Samsung to consider.

Definitely a 23-24 f1.4.

I'd keep it on for 80% of the time, if fast focusing and ois. The fuji weights 300gr, so way less than the sammy 85mm.

Would be a great companion for nx1.

500 mm mirror lens with fast AF. Somewhere f/5.6 and f/8, if they can also maintain that kind of t-stop I'm going out on a limb with this one, as the only other maker with something similar is probably Sony with the 300 mm AF mirror lens. Or does that lens predate Sony buying Minolta?

I don't think it will be that popular with others though.

I'm looking forward to that 300 f/2.8 still.

Are you going to setup the poll or are you asking for lenses to include in it?

Mirror lens? That's an interesting idea.  I didn't even know there were such things as a mirror lens with autofocus.

BTW, the poll is actually already running - it's below the question.

So far it looks like that is indeed the most popular choice!  I hope Samsung pays attention and makes one, although personally I prefer a compact one.

They have a compact 20mm f/2.8 already, which is not that far from 23 mm, with a slight crop.

Yes I have the 20 2.8, although the slight difference from my preferred focal length makes me miss my old X100S.  But I think the way you see it is probably how most people see it, hence the greater number of votes for a premium 35mm equivalent rather than a compact one.

I would vote for a 70-300mm or 100-400mm f3.5-5.6.

How about compact 90/2.8 or 135/2.8 macro?

or 500mm F/8

The NX1 would be even better for nature, sports, and vacationers with a high quality 70-300mm zoom.

I'd 'settle for a 100-300mm if it was smaller/better, or even a bigger 100-400mm.

I like the idea of a 23mm but I wouldn't touch it if it was as large as the 85 1.4. They have a 300 2.8 in the wild that will eventually come to market but the telephoto seems to be what is missing the most. I would venture to say a 100-400 variable Ap would be well received.

I'd like an updated 30 or 35mm f1.4 OIS.

And lets not forget the rumored 11-24 f2.8

fuji has no ois

So we have a 16-50mm F2-2.8 and a 50-150mm F2.8.

What about a 150-300mm F2.8-4 or a smaller 150-300mm F4?

Together with the rumoured 11-24mm F2.8 that would be a stellar line up...
