Samsung, you will have to come up with an EX1 with APS sensor to get my money. So ditch those silly tilting screens and put your wonderful fully articulating screens in their place.

Nice images, would be even better if shot with the NX1

Yes but too big, too heavy, and 2000 pounds more expensive (and no articulating screen).

The best camera is the one you have with you! And the image is the product of the user of the tool. Making comparisons to other tools could go on forever but are meaningless because none of them were in his pocket .

Would have been better if  aFF camera was used. , no wait how about a $250000 Hasselblad, no that is garbage compared to my 8 x10 film camera, yeah bput how about my full size 30 x40 inch Polaroid etc etc etc

any one can buy a few bushes and oil paints but few could create an image that would be eternally inspiring with those tools. The essence of photography is no different"

As with many things in life a great photograph has strong appeal for what is NOT in the picture.

Large sensor users always drive smaller sensor users off forums. Even if the criticism attracted is done humorously it still means it is probably not a good idea to display your images as photography is a very competitive sport, especially on gear pages and the rich boys are always going to win.

Yes it is true that this a gear forum and not per se a photography forum.

I could critique the images, but none of the critique would have anything to do with camera used.in other words the things that could have been done with these subjects , with this lighting at the time these images were captured to create more universally appealing results would be the same if it was a decent cell phone or a view camera.

but people who can't see beyond camera gear will never understand that.

Take it easy, it was a tongue in cheek comment to an obvious implication that equipment doesn't matter. And I agree!

Re: The EX1 stillrocks for me

I remember coming close to the EX1 for a bit, until the aps-c sensor swept me upwards.  Now the NX300 is my surrogate EX1

I never realized this was a gear forum and always wondered why so few pictures were posted.
