GX7 is what I need

Fast, accurate, reliable AF, very good jpegs, solid feeling, I also own E-M1 and I see no differences in terms of high ISO and dynamic range. The IS works perfectly, I love this camera

Re: GX7 is what I need

Indeed, it is a very good camera! I bought it recently along with the E-M1 to replace my E-M5,

and the choice will not be easy, certainly considering the E-M1 is twice the price (and certainly not twice as good!).

VIdeo on the GX7 is excellent. I soot mostly 108060p with it and find in quite remarkable

I would like to echo what freeheels said. The video quality from this camera is remarkable, considering that it shoots "only" 1080p and in 24mbps AVCHD. The colour is great out of the box, auto-WB is very good too as is exposure control. The IQ seems to me to match the GH3 and in some ways is slightly better. Low-light at high ISO better than I expected.

It lacks a mic input but has peaking and the soft function buttons and sliders are so useful for changing ISO etc while shooting. I also find the tilt-up EVF very usable for filming.

I love it too, but my hands and wallet hate it to death.

Not buying.
