Canon 300mm f/2.8 IS USM II - MFA or Focus Calibration???

My Canon 300mm f/2.8 IS USM II is not as sharp as it used to be on my 1DX.  I know it's not the 1DX as all my other lenses are spot on.

I'm wondering if others here have reference points as to how long they had their 300's and any MA or MFA info they can pass along.

As a point of reference I use the lens for sports and portraits and I need the lens to be sharp at 40-250 ft - Using single point and expanded, Cases 1-2 and 5 with IS on.   Mode 1 on lens.  Shooting 1/2000 to 1/4500.  Notice my work is not as tack sharp as I'm used to yet I've not changed my shooting technique, style, settings or environment.  Consistent across 60,000 to 100,000 frames.

THANK YOU!
