Are you suggesting some of their lenses have a porcelain-like colour?

No, but what came to my crooked brain is that this place is usually very dark, so that one needs to use a flush to lighten it !

14-24mm f2.8 G

Pre-focus the 14-24mm G lens, works dwell on a D700; I hope that no one is in the restroom so you don't want to get punched out...I had the restroom to myself so I took this shot  at Pizzeria Uno, Nashua NH, very nice restroom, good food, as a joke for my brother & sister-in-law who were visiting from Colombia....they did not think it was funny - cultural shock I guess.

If these people have to depend on the folks in this forum to make a decision about which lenses to take, they are hopeless and should just take a Point and Shoot camera

Good recommendation, any P&S is much more stealthy than a D700 + 14-24mm G and the results are comparable for uploading to Facebook, etc.

I believe it's even better -and much cheaper than buying a P&S- to just steal images from the Net !!

(of course, I'm not joking, NOT ! )

Regarding point and shoot... it is much more than that. Aim is important!

Please consider this imploring notice on an old-fashioned Aussie outhouse:

"Our aim is to keep this toilet clean;

Your aim will help!"

Come on, fellow (im)posters, don't give this thread the "brush-off". Lets keep this fibre floating at the top!

Otherwise, our strainimng will end up down the gurgler...

If it's yellow let it mellow,

If it's brown flush it down.

Nothing photo related here - just more toilet humour...........
