G1x Mk II UK

At last the camera is here in the UK.

I've ordered from Jessops and expect it to be here tomorrow or Tuesday - really can't wait!

Glad it's finally on its way to you! I've had mine for almost almost a week or so and am loving it so far! Be sure to share your pics / impressions with us there are still so many that are on the fence about it camera.

Here's a couple of shots I took (please note I'm totally a novice):

Thank you.

Both of the photos you posted are, in my opinion, excellent. Good colours, sharp detail.

I will be sure to post some of mine.

Looking forward to them! Btw's did you manage to order any accessories too? I've got the lens hood & filter adaptor but didn't manage to get the EVF.. I really wanted it too

I'm not that bothered about the EVF to be honest. I will order filter adapter and filters eventually if affordable.

Zero use so far.. Its still in the box! I'm guessing it may come in handy in the future.. I should've invested in a spare battery for now.. Gutted about not having the EVF though.. DigitalRev.. Arghh.. I don't want to use them again.. Hug me..

I like this picture a lot. Very nice colors, composition and details. Not sure how better it could have been with shallower DOF
