SX50 Shooters/Birds

I was not a bird watcher before purchasing my SX50.  I always considered it a sign of old age <lol>

I was almost 54 when I got my SX50 so maybe I qualify as "old age" :o  This camera has turned me into a bird stalker!

I have always loved birds, and have always wished I could reach out and touch them.

My camera allows me to love on them from afar, yet close up.

Just one of the many nutritive benefits of having a telephoto zoom on hand...!!!

Same here. I took up daily walks of 30 minutes "on doctors order" when I was 51. Found it boring and bought the SX50 to make it a little more interesting. Became a birder... 30 minutes are rarely enough now.

I love going to Peace Valley Park or Lake Nox. to shoot the blue Herons :))))

In September is going to be a Nami walk - pay $5.00 and spin the wheel for free prizes :)))

I gave my daughter a S3 for graduation but she still prefers to shoot with her Iphone....

I have an Iphone and the next upgrade ao T-mobil will be $1,000 dollars

For now -- keeping my iphone..... :)))

Enjoy your walk and share some of your pictures :))))
