High quality compact to complement M4/3 system - any thoughts?

Since m4/3 is already pretty small and light, I'd need a very compact, pocketable backup. I think the Canon s120 is probably the best rounded choice. The Fuji XQ1 could be nice too. The Nikon p330 or Fuji XF1 can both be had for around $200 if you want a deal.
The rx100 is the clear winner for most capable pocket cam, but the price is high, and its honestly slightly too big to be a "carry all the time" camera for me. I'd want something small enough that I forget it's in my pocket, and the rx100 is just big and heavy enough to always remember its there.
Any views on these or any others I should consider?
Yes Liz, why isn't the GM1 on top of your list?
For a dozen reasons it seems the most natural choice.
