E-M1 , rear dial intermittent

Has anyone had problems with say in Aperture priority that when the rear dial is moved the aperture setting actually only changes every second or third click of the dial. It is the same in all modes almost like the rear dial is faulty (intermittent).

Re: E-M1 , rear dial intermittent

Yes, same here. But I'll try to live with it for now. I switched the dials, so the rear dial does the EV compensation now, that's not so problematic as with S or A. Also my function-lever has similar problems intermittent. I switched it off.

Both problems seems to occur often. I read in several forums about it.

Yup, looks like it's faulty. I had the same problem and it only gets worse. Probably a minor problem but I sent mine in for service.

Other have the same: http://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/52867258

My one month old E-P5 is doing it...

... for both front and rear dials, the front started first, now the rear is doing it. Still works intermittently. I'm just waiting for another couple of weeks to watch out for anything else going wrong before I send it in for warranty. Pretty annoying. My 4.5 year old Canon Rebel is like a tank and still working fine.
