200 plus in PPG .
Friends , `have hit 200 plus in PPG . First 100 has taken two years with my K-x . Got my K-01 this year ,`13, Feb , and gone past 200 mark . Please see the pictures and give me your opinion. Link given below .
Wish you all A Happy New year ,2014 .
Congratulations, lots of nice macros well executed. PPG may not be as discriminating as the National Gallery, but the vast majority of photos that are accepted have both technical and artistic merit. 200 means you've been busy and at a high level of quality - well done.
I love your macro work -- unique, exciting, fun.
Thanks for the post. I too went over 200 on PPG this year. I find it an interesting venue to have others judge the work. By the way I gave a thumbs up to your last image earlier today!
A lot of very nice work you have at PPG.
One question not being used shooting insects: how do you get them to remain still in their place and wait for you to do your work?
Kind Regards / Met vriendelijke groet,
I stopped submitting some time ago when I got about 270-280 shots accepted.
Thank you Mr. Doug . Saw your pictures. They are excellent and more variety than mine . Keep posting. All the best .
Thank you very much , Mr. John Morris .
Thank you Mr. Jetze . I get my pictures only when my insects oblige. Waiting ... . is the only way.
Thank you very much Mr. Greyser. Congratulations to you too. Would like you to start submitting your pictures again . Nos do not matter . Just to keep the spirit . Nature will not exhaust. only man does. See you at PPG .
It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.
I remember when PPG first started several years back. It was a joke then. I believe someone form this site gave you a hit or miss. I'm not sure how it's down these days; however, that being said, I've been away from DPR for several years and only recently returned. Cheers, CP
Carpe Diem...you be around but once in this fine life.
Thank you very much, Mr. Alan .
Please do come back , Mr. Caley Patrick ,
