Useful normal prime.

I get on very well with this lens. It isn't technically perfect as it shows significant corner softness wide open, but this has never been a problem in real life. Colours, saturation, bokeh & flare-resistance are all fine for my needs & it is a nice size. Once I stop looking at the numbers & start taking pictures it just works really well for me. The only negative is that it doesn't have a slip clutch in the focus gear train & this needs to be bourn in mind when turning the focus ring to avoid damaging the gear train in the Pentax body. I bought it new & think it was pretty good value.
