Excellent Camera.

Big con (for me): You need both hands to turn it ON.

BIG Plus for me:  you don't need to spend two or three minutes fussing with a twitchy lever to get the lens zoomed to a useful focal length.

Yes, and having a manually-operated zoom is a plus for others (including me). It's faster and more accurate than the electronic rocker switch type.

Cant believe it is marked down for this reason … surely this is a unique feature which some love ( me) and others hate. If you don't like it why on earth buy the camera??????
