Movie audio on Canon SX40
When I shoot video with the Canon SX40, if there is a momentary burst of noise (like a cough in a crowd when video taping a lecture, or like a golf club hitting the ball) the audio cuts out for a second or so. I assume that this is the audio auto leveling trying to readjust the audio sensitivity, but for me, it causes some real headaches.
Is there any way to control the recorded audio level manually, or to disable the auto leveling?
