A printed manual for SX50HS?
Other than for the CD that accompanies the camera, is there any sort of printed manual, or text, book, or and tangible hardcopy specifically for the Canon SX50HS, like there are (several) for the later Canon G-series cameras, and of course their DSLRs? The camera has been on the market long enough, and is popular enough, that I would think there might be. But I can't find anything. Thank you.
I could print off the manual at home. But that would deplete my printer's ink supply to the tune ($$) of about the cost of such a manual......if there would be one.
This was answered in a thread that you started seven months ago:
I found it using the search capability.
I print out mines from the pdf manual. I use two pages per side to save ink and paper. I have a laser b/w printer so it's quite fast. You can also have it printed at OfficeDepot or OfficeMax.
We do have a Office Max nearby. You just take them the Canon CD, and they copy it from that? What sort of charges $$$ ?
Depends on per page. I had the 5DII printed full page, came out to $25. So if you print 2 page in one should be cheaper. The reason I had it printed full page is because I could read it better and make notes.
I downloaded the PDF, and set a shortcut to my desktop, and can now quickly access the manual. I can just look at the page I want, and print only those pages I need to have in hard copy.
