Nice shots. What's that bar, Mr. White?

Patience well rewarded

Velvety. . .

It was a tasty shoot at my bar. First time using a circular polarizer with added lighting. I think next time I will try a pour with a very fast shutter speed to capture each moment of the pour. Please C&C away! Thanks in advance!

About half a block West of Alamo Plaza on Houston St is a pedestrian alley that runs South back toward the cascading water feature directly across from the Alamo. The bar is on the corner of Houston and the alley. The guy in the photo is watching someone perform in the same spot where I took the picture.

For those of you who have not experienced San Antonio, this photo was made on Dec 29th 2012. Says something about our winters lately.

Cool man!

Do you play much? Chess used to be my main hobby - I played club and tournament chess.

Been busy this week. This one proves that all you need for an image is the ability to see it - taken from my living room window.

Framing constrained by rooftops, tv aerials and chimneys but it worked out ok:

Hi. I do a PAD on my tumblr blog. Most of these are taken with my M43 these days, though I occaisionally slip in some from a D800 and an  iPhone

Nature snapshots

Hi,

Lots images - maybe too many, sorry for that.

The first one is taken with the 75-300 (I)
Im starting to be satisfied with the detail I can get from the lens. This is taken early in the morning with less than good light.

When I first time was reading about the electronic tele-converter in the OM-D I was very skeptic, But finally I took the chance and tested it.
Not bad at all, if shots need in a hurry. Shure it would be better shooting RAW and crop in PP but, not as fun
Here is two examples both using 75-300mm (I) and handheld

Thanks for looking - and CC always welcome

Br

Re: at the reservoir + one surprise

The first shot stands out for me.  I really like the light in it;  also, the color of the last.
