Upgrading to an NX20 vs buying the 45mm lens

I've got an 18 month old NX11 which is a great camera. I currently have the 16,30,60,18-200 lenses. I've been caught up in the 45mm lens frenzy but have  just thought... £240 for a great lens but hey I've no real reason to buy it right now apart from the appealing f/1.8 (but the 30mm is only around 1/3 stop slower)... so I started thinking of buying a better body  with a higher spec instead, ie the nx20...I can get it for £400 including the 18-55mm. Assuming I can sell the nx11 body + 18-55 for circa £200 on eBay, wouldn't it be a more sensible purchase???

Decide how much you would actually use that lens, it is a good candidate for a manual focus lens too (like OM 50mm f/1.8 and adapter) if you want cheaper.

I greatly prefer my NX20 to the NX11, I have both.  There is a couple more f/stops dynamic range that is really obvious if you shoot RAW, the extra control dial is nice, but processing performance isn't much improved (and the animations between mode dial switches are annoying).

I am buying the 45mm f/1.8, because it is a lens I will use a lot, and just because I like lenses.  Will post a test once I get it in the next week or two.

Dam good reply Eric I do think that effectively paying £200 to upgrade is better given your thoughts. Sure, I might want the 45mm later but right now I realise my current lenses work for me.
