Pen EPM1 video focusing

I like for the most part this inexpensive  camera but I'm not so sure about the video performance of this small camera. It seems to be refocusing way too much and the picture is jerky  when the subject is moving or when panning the camera, have you found yourself much use for the video feature if this camera? Thanks.--

That's an apt description of casual EPM1 video.
Solution: Turn off auto focus. Turn off in-camera IS or use a Panasonic lens with OIS. Even then, don't pan. Hold camera as steady as possible. Wow. Not much fun, but that's how many pro's shoot.
