Photoshop CS6, AMD HD 7770 driver issues
Desktop mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO, Intel i7 3770K, 16Gb RAM
GPU: Sapphire HD-7770 Vapor-X OC 1GB GDDR5
AMD driver Catalyst 13.3 Beta3
OS: Windows 8
Within Photoshop CS6 version 13.01.1
----> Preferences ----> Performance ----> Use Graphics Processor ----> Advanced Settings
The option for "Use Open CL" is grayed out. No possibility to make the choice active.
The same for previous versions Catalyst I did try: 12.10 --- 13.1 --- 13.2 Beta7 --- 13.3 Beta3
Within the Catalyst manager I did set everything related to Open CL / Open GL as Active (at the games section ?). Also checked 3D options at the shortlist, AMD icon, at the bottom toolbar of the desktop; right mouse button.
So I wonder if it even did work ever? Or do I overlook a setting?
Maybe it could be a Photoshop problem, although I made a fresh install.
I have no other applications running I am aware (no games) that make use of Open GL / CL, so no other way to test.
Can people check this setting and give some feedback if they met the same issue?
