Welcome all you Sigma shooters to the weekly show of output from Sigma cameras and lenses.  Remember all Sigma cameras and Sigma lenses are welcome.  Please give your submission a title so that comments can be directed properly and try to limit your posts to 3 images.  Above all just go out and shot some photos and have fun.

PS.  Happy Easter to all, with whom it is appropriate.

Re: Weekend Pix for the weekending March 29th to 31th, 2013.

I did not get out much this week.  I stayed in to work on a new book from Kathleen and me and updating our blog.  The book is a personal log of our anniversary trip last September.  As part of that trip we stopped on Kenosha Pass and took aspen photos with the leaves in full color .. The reall Colorado Gold!  Here is one of the shots done with the SD1M and the 24-70 mm lens.

My photos are showing no exif also. Probably a problem on the site as my photos did have the normal exif info. that normally is displayed.

Love the Autumn colours, Larry. And the sky is pretty impressive too.

The exif comes automatically from whatever image you post, that and the original size thing are linked.

To post an original sized image from elsewhere on the web, load up the original sized image into a browser and right click to "show image URL".  Then copy that and use the image poster tool in the editor (the same way you posted your image).  The key is basically to use a full-size URL when posting, DPReview will automatically shrink it down and make a thumbnail and extract the EXIF.

Re: Another ISO 6400 DP-2M Monochrome Triumph

Hi Kendall:

That is a beautiful shot that shows a sweet moment in the child life.  It is still sharp in the original size and has a grain (noise) structure that reminds me of the chromogenic B&W films of a few years ago.  Thanks for sharing and showing us what the Sigma DP2M can do in B&W at high ISO.

"Spring" in Hamburg

It took quite a while to find these

Still a common sight in shady places

And this perfectly captures the overall feeling
