I have posted before, and after living with my camera for almost two months...it is great! My Wife even loves it! For all you people who did NOT do your homework, alkaline batteries are only suitable for an emergency situation. Spring for the Infolithium battery, you will be thrilled with the camera. Carry a few alkalines as spares and hope you don't need them. If you can't afford the accessories, wait and save. They aren't accessories they are neccessities. I tire of people who didn't do their homework and gripe that the cameras are defective. If your money is burning a hole in your pocket, pass it to me, I will spend it wisely for you!
The pics are excellent, I have even made great 8x10s. It works well in all situations, from outdoor, bright sun to indoor minimal lighting to twighlight. Well worth the money! I have taken close to 350 images since I purchased the camera in early September.
Problems:
The only problem I have had is the inability to use the screen in bright sunlight and while using the viewfinder not realizing I had my finger in front of the lens. That only happened initially till I modified my grip of the camera.
