Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F55 review
I bought mine second-hand. It's the most perfect camera for my needs: I need quick shots that can be put on the web quickly.
The selection switch on the side is flimsy. Mine doesn't allways make good contact. A friend of mine has the same problem.
Biggest problem is the flash. Pictures taken with the flash are most of the time overbright. There is no slave-output to use a more sophisticated flash. I have tried to cover the flash with bits of sellotape to dim the light with moderate success. Probably some real filtering material might work better.
Lastly, downloading 100 shots over a serial cable is utter stupidity. It will take a few hours. So, add the cost of a memory-stick reader to this camera. I bought mine for EUR 39 last weekend, I believe it's a sitecom 6 in 1 reader/writer.
Apart from these things the camera is just what I want/need.
