Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P1 review
The thing works nice, when it works, and produces good pics with good print quality.
The camera (and I am not the only one) has a major problem with its infolithium battery. The camera destroys batteries, damaging the infochip, rendering the battery useless.
I am now on my fifth battery and it won't charge beyond 15 minutes now. It is irrepairable (Sony confirms that) and this was the fourth new battery under warranty. The camera has been back, parts replaced, new adaptor, new batteries. It keeps doing it.
Stay away from this camera. Don't buy one second hand, because you might end up with a faulty camera with a new fresh battery in it that dies within a couple of months.
