This camera is a let down. I have been using the camera for almost 2 months. First impressions are hard to change but in this case. I do not need to change it. This camera is still a let down.The focus and image stabilization are terrible. I went to a volleyball match and of the 200 pictures I took maybe 20 were decent. Most had camera shake or foucs problems. Lighting was great but I had double images on almost all shots. Indoors pictures with any movement are blurry. Outdoor prtrait pictures are great. Compared to other digital cameras I have used Sony Mavica, HP's, Olympus, Casio all were considerably better in end result ratio of photos to keep vs. photo's taken. I have been using various digital cameras for years and on this camera my must used function is DELETE. I really hate it because I went in with high expectations and came out with very few good pictures. It appears you may have to use a tripod just to get a stable sharp image. I would love to love this camera. Since I made the investment I will try even harder to get the best images possible.

Canoot get a good true focus and I have a lot of double images..... and yes I hold the camera as still as I can and still get the same results. It does not seem appropriate to acarry around a tripod all of the time.
