Konica KD-500 Zoom review
Great image quality, better than many other 5 megapixel cameras, even those that have lots of pro features.
Very quiet, fast zooming, fast startup, good focusing (except in very low light).
Very good build quality. I think it is probably the best pocket-size digital you can currently buy.
Although this camera does not have some of the advanced features (direct control over shutter speed, aperture, focusing), you can do amazingly well by using exposure compensation, exposure and focus locking.
My other camera is a medium format film camera; all I can say is that this supersmall 5 Mpix digital comes frighteningly close to it in terms of image detail and quality.
