I upgraded from an E10. I love my E1. I can't compare to other dslr, but I am a happy user. I can blow up to 20x24 without an problems. Larger is probably possible, but I haven't done it yet.
Problems:
None that I have found. I am a studio photographer so I don't need high ISO. I have heard ISO are noisy, but I haven't used anything higher than 100
