Pentax Optio S review

After 9 months of use I can easily say that I was happy as choosing the Optio S as my first digital camera.
I use it for macro shots and most turn out wonderful (Super Macro mode).
I keep my Optio in a thin cloth-coated Altoids tin and the whole kit is impervious to most any types of sports/hobbies-related collisions (hiking, volleyball, snowboarding, in-line skating etc)

~The quality of the AVI movies could be much better (not much detail), but decent as the file sizes of them are very small.

~I only use 1600x1200 though it seems like there's a processing time lag between taking shots and it gets worse with shots using the highest resolution. Maybe it's the camera or the type of memory media I use.
