Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS2 review
This is a point-and-shoot camera with as a main feature the mechanical anti-shake option. I have a very unstable hand, and I can say from experience that the anti-shake function works very well, even in full optical zoom. Macro mode pictures are very good, even though it seems that the anti-shake works less efficiently there. Scrolling through the images can be done very fast when zooming out during the 'play' option, so you get 4/9/16 pictures per display.
As others posted, it has troubles getting nice pictures in dark areas.
There is no sound when recording movies, a bit of a shame.
The batteries that came in the box went empty very fast, I will probably buy rechargeable batteries for it and pay more attention to use the power-saving features on this one. When opening the SD slot, you can accidentally open the battery compartment..
The menu is not very intuitive, I really need to read the manual for this one. That also means that I didn't figure out a lot of the extra options for it.
