Pentax Optio Z10 review
I have two Pentax SLRS. When I lost my little Pentax Optio S5i, being a Pentax fan, I got this to replace it. It isn't as good as the S5i (no viewfinder)but I am getting used to it. I had some difficulty with camera shake because theZ10 has neither IS nor a viewfinder. After using it more I am learning to hold it steadier and discovered that it has a decent lens (not as good as the S51, which was remarkably good for a pocket camera) and the pictures are acceptably sharp when held steady. I had been unable to get the battery out, but when I returned to the store, they simply tipped it upside down and the battery came out. I do notice a lot of blown highlights. In any case, it will do for a pocket camera.
Flimsy "door" for battery compartment.
