TG-2 timelapse

I'm interested in the new TG-2, but timelapse is very important to me, and I can't find any mention of it being available in any of the various press releases or quick reviews. Olympus have not yet made the user manual available for download.

Does anyone here know if this feature is included, and if so what the limitations might be (eg, programmable intervals, etc).

Re: TG-2 timelapse

I don't believe the TG-2 supports time lapse photography.  And it doesn't support a shutter release like the RM-UC1 that you could use to trigger the shutter.  You would need something like a mechanical shutter release, such as this overpriced device: http://tempusall.bymac.org/

i am a XZ-1 user, if TG-1/2 have smilar cable /usb input as XZ-1 , or PEN series (late ones as E-P/PL- 3/M1 or newer) you vcan use some remotes. I own a hähnel giga t pro II and its an excellent gadget. You can fire your shutter from almost 100 metres, or you can switch any shurrter time or shutter number it handless all, you can even have some bulb shot over hour...

I can recommmend this. but be sure if its the smilar cable input.
