Lens Pen

Was wondering if these are alright to use to clean lens on SX50.  I have always just used the cloth or tissue.  Thanks Jennifer

I can not advise you.  I have used them on all my cameras.

Re: Lens Pen

Hi Jennifer.  The lenspen "pen" is ok, but lenspen also do a suede microfibre cloth which I prefer to carry around in my pocket.

Re: Lens Pen

I carry a lenspen everywhere, in my bag.  But it's old enough that the felt has separated from the pen, so I have to be extra careful with it.  I'll use the brush end of the lenspen, then my microfiber eye-glass cloth if I have it with me, and the felt end if I don't.

Concur with Sunflower6; it's how I clean the lens on my G12

The lens on the Olympus XZ-1 was mucked up big time, and thought that I might have to have it professionally cleaned ... until I tried the felt end of the Lenspen.
