It is funny that you talked as if K-01 is in the same class as OM-D. It is not. No matter. Let see how long does it take for OM-D to be half price, if ever.

IQ wise the K-01 is better than the Olympus as I remember. Much cheaper too. Have you seen the high ISO tests?

Your right ,it is not in the same class as the OM-D ,the OM-D was specially made for women and men with small hands

I don't understand the logic of using Pentax lenses with Sony 5n, or any other mirrorless camera for that matter. Small size is what mirrorless camera is all about and that is why K01 fails.

Size? when K-01 is the same overall size as the OM-D ??? .... depth apart of course.

But depth is not a handling issue, and it is the depth that allows us to use those great Pentax lenses. What would 4/3 dying system owners give to be able to carry on using their wonderful Zuiko optics without an adapter or the miserable slow focusing .... a few exceptions of course.

Or the sky high prices for joining the OM-D club with fast lenses.

Apples to oranges.  The E-M5 has an EVF whereas the K-01 obviously doesn't.  Would the K-01 still be the same size if it had an EVF?

Not K-anything. More likely, L-something

. or some other letter of the alphabet.

If they'll open up gates on mirrorless the way Ricoh and Pentax both think it's right (and not Hoya), Pentax can certainly skip the K-01 page, and open a new one. A whole new, mirrorless lens mount.
