A trip to the fantastic Imperial War Museum at Duxford in Cambridgeshire in the UK with my E-M5 and X-Pro1.

Nice series.  The images I like best are the blackbird and B17.  Looks like a good place to visit.

Thanks, yes it is a great day out. It is a bit of a hike getting about when there as the two hangers are at either end of the base, but being buzzed by a spitfire on the way made it an exciting walk!

As always, great series. I like the Sunderland (flying boat), seems like a 'hopeful'photo; the white coming out of the darkness, beautiful aircraft too, in flying boat terms second only to the Catalina. And the totally dark B-17, menacing. Wonderful!

Cheers - there was something about the way the Sunderland caught the light. I wasn't even going to include that photo and then did a B&W conversion on it and it came alive. The B-17 is a 7-14 "porn" shot. I love what that UWA lens can do, especially when combined with a little NIK processing!
