Butterflies - SX40
Some butterflies that I photographed this morning in the North West of England using my Canon PowerShot SX40.
These have been cropped and tweaked using Faststone Image Viewer.
'Common Blue Butterfly' I'm from the US, the state of Pennsylvania and we have no such common butterflies. I'm in my 70's and I've never seen an ALL Blue Butterfly. Thank you for posting.
You're welcome. I saw lots of gatekeepers today but only two common blues so I was very pleased to get a shot of one of them.
Very Nice! I recently got the SX40 and look forward to taking lots of photos with it.
