dynamic range setting X10

Hello, I am not sure how to set this dynamic range setting.... Automatic or 100/200/400 ?

If I leave it on auto and ISO on 100-400 auto... the camera very often uses 400 ISO in sun light..... ???

Re: dynamic range setting X10

What setting are you using? When using "L" size, the ISO will match DR setting. EXAMPLE: ISO100=DR100%, ISO200=DR200%, etc.

Using "M" size you can use DR400% with ISO100, and all other ISO setting.

What I have been doing as I learn the nuances of this camera is to bracket the DR. Each shot has a DR of 100-200 & 400.
