I'm having afair with Tamron 70-300mm USD!!!!
Person is taking photos, not camera. When photograph is bad, it's because photographer doesn't know how to choose settings optimal to "own preferences". Then blames camera for bad IQ.
This is same as blaming car about arriving to wrong destination.
I LOVE that Tammy 70-300 USD outdoors!
Don't have a larger one handy here at work so this will have to do.

To the poster above, one photo, not three..
Hey, all are great pics. If he's got three kids, don't make him choose!!
Taken with the A77 and Tamron 10-24mm at 24mm. Post processed with Aperture and Topaz photoFXlab. It is over the top, but I like the effect.
Sony A77 with the ZEISS Vario-Sonnar 16-80mm.
A-77, Minolta 28-135mm f4-4.5, f/8 @ 35 mm, 1/1000, ISO 400
Your choice of shutter speed is perfect. I usually stop the action completely, for the sake of more keepers. Thanks for the lesson and superb pictures, keep up the good work.
