New Zealand Holiday Snaps

Hi all, just thought I'd share a few touristy snaps from New Zealand

All photos taken with the GXR A12 28mm f/2.5 combo. Brought the 50mm and a GRD3 along as back up but didn't end up using either

View from the top of Mount Cook, next to Lake Takepo

A dry spell during the Autumn seasons

Melting Glaciers trapped in a valley above sea level

Girls taking a break from our long drive

The Mirror Lakes

View from the T.S.S. Earnslaw; on the way to Walter Peak from Queenstown

Queenstown, New Zealand during Autumn

Thanks for viewing!

Thanks Ray,

pic nr 4, are those local hobbits?

Incredible landscapes, getting to NZ out from where i live is almost impossible,

even as tourist you need to apply for a visum, and only a limited amount of people each year get such a permit.

Friend of mine wanted to stay and live in NZ, after years of trying, he could not get in and now moved to Australia in stead, he is trying to get in from there, but this is now some 6 years going on...

So fantastic that you share pics of NZ with us.

Thanks for sharing

Must be the angle but my Japanese girls certainly can't jump that high!
Nice shot.

The "jump shot" is really clever. All of the photos are well done.

Re: New Zealand Holiday Snaps

New Zealand made me curious, so I opened your page and have been rewarded with the most beautiful and stunning photos I have ever seen regarding landscape photography.

A huge compliment to you and just a small question: have they been postprocessed or are these original shots?

Please advise.

Mny thks
Michael

I always love seeing good photos of NZ like these, as they they remind me of many good holidays there.

A couple of title corrections :
It's Mt John Observatoty by Lake Tekapo
The Queenstown river cruise is on Lake Wakatipu
