All of you continue to crack me up. After a month of debate over how the d100 would surpass the quality of the D1X and D1H here you are now a month later complaining about the D100. Just like the shoes...it's not the camera.
The problem is people are looking for a magic box that is going to create beautiful pictures for them with little or no experience. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Instead of whining on this forum today, go outside, take the setting off of AUTO and find something interesting to shoot. When you are finished, go home and look at each picture critically thinking about your setting, composition, subject, lighting, etc. and take it from there.
