What is the easiest or best way to remove dark raindrop spots on a dark shirt in a photo. Should I use the clone stamp or is there a way that I could change the color of the shirt. Thank you.

That of course depends on which program you are using, but the clone tool with a soft edged brush will usually do the trick quite well. I agree with Ronny though in that if you can post a photo of the problem, we can show you what we are talking about. If you need help posting the photo here, let me know.

I've been away for a few weeks but would now like to post an example, could you tell me how to do this. Thank You.
First you have to have an uploading website to post your picture too. I use, http://www.pbase.com

After you upload the picture to a hosting website, you simply copy and paste the URL link to that photo here in your message and add a .jpg to the end of that link.

If you don't want to open a photo hosting website, feel free to email me the photo in question and I will either work on it for you, or I can upload it and post it here for others to work on also. My email address is: [email protected]

As you can see I was able to post the photo late last night. Should the raw file be saved as a tiff, jpeg, or dng. I'm not really sure how to work with raw. Obviously the jpeg file could be fixed just as easily as the raw, correct?
