The 620 is wonderful !

-Humor me ! Tomorrow take your 620 out, and for a half an hour just shoot on COMPLETE automatic. Chimp the first shot, just to see if some other setting is on; then turn the LCD facing DOWN; don't look ,SHOOT-
I did it today, and I was amazed!
This IS an AMAZING camera !!

Love, Vjim (Don't cheat- COMPLETE AUTOMATIC)

Interesting idea...

That would be a true point & shoot experience... I think that, if I saw something worth shooting then I'd want to set the camera myself.

Good luck though, and please post some images from your day?

Kind Regards

Brian

Chimp?

What does Chimp the first shot mean?

Re: Chimp?

That's the act of looking at your LCD after each shot. To some, it suggests the behavior of a lower primate.

Re: Chimp?

-Phil D,

I'm sorry I couldn't answer your Q. first. I was out shooting "Completely Automatic" and couldn't get to the phone ! Type ,Chimp, Photography , in Google and you will get all the sides of that story.

Chimping isn't complete unless you make "ooh oh oh oh" sounds when reviewing your pictures after a shot.
