Polarizing Color Correction

I used a polarizing filter and many of the images turned out underexposed and "blue" tinted. I can correct the exposure but the tint is more difficult. Any suggestions on how to reduce the tint?

How expensive a polarizer did you use? The cheapest ones aren't the most color correct ones. You get what you pay for.
