Apple and watermarks

I have a Macbook Pro and I primarily use Aperture, I also have Photoshop CS2. Can someone tell me how I can add a watermark to my photos using Aperture, or is there another tool that you can recommend.

there's this plugin for Aperture 2.0.

I use a script with Imagemagick and Exiftool to pull some EXIF data out and also add a watermark to pictures as a layer with transparency of about 20% or so.

I've used iWatermark but since I started using Smugmug I don't need to. They do it for me on their site. Very convenient.

Re: Apple and watermarks

If you are using Export, you can create a preset which can include a watermark.

see page 501 of the Aperture 2.0 Manual.

You basicallly make a watermark in Photoshop with a transparent background and save it as a .PSD
