I would like to see the joystick AF point selection. Good news!

Wish it had UDMA Support & enhanced LiveView (with AF ability, esp Contrast AF)

Some photographers have already shown their QUESABESDE.COM EOS-1D Mark III recently updated.

Even without any official confirmation about it, this version 1.2.3 appears to be the third firmware update for this range of professional SLR.

Rumors since their arrival earlier this year, ahead QUESABESDE.COM days ago this week Canon launch the new firmware with which it was intended to put an end to the problems of approach that this model has long drag and even that had forced his way by the technical service.

It will be first case when Canon chnges functionality with firmware

if the news about the joystic change confirms, it will be first time (at least from what I remember) when Canon decides to change the initial functionality of the camera with the firmware fix.

I wonder how they handle the documentation change as the current manual included with cameras will missinform about those changed features.
