Just gives a "Page cannot be found" or "IE cannot display the webpage" error message. At least on my end.

Friends,

this seems not to be an official release** by Canon.
Looks like some Hackers work.
For sure it is not on Canons site.

According to the Canon site, ver 3.2 is the latest.

Correct, it is not an "Official" download.

no hacker at all...just a user that took the program from his disc and made it available for others....there is nothing other than canon software in this release full version from users solutions disc as he got a 450 recently and posted the files for others so we don't have to wait for canon another month...if you are uncomfortable with it then by all means ignore it... me i use dpp and am happy to have latest release now not in 2 months.

now this would be what one would call a hackers site which posts full retail versions of plugins and such....

don't know if it should be posted but i am putting it here to show the difference and also notice that it has some of fred mirandas recent plugins full versions posted...this site is one of the oldest around...FOSI

warning those who are offended easily may not want to look here... but this is a hackers/warez site...unlike the other one which is just a user allowing us early access to software we will have anyways shortly. i assume he used isoBuster to work the program.

That's strange,

my 40D came with a newer version then the 450D? The version that shipped with my 40D is 3.3.1.3.

3.3 comes with the 450D and adds some features which some newer firmware for the 30d and others addresses.

That's really strange!

Maybe they needed to fix something in the 3.3.1.1 version urgently - who knows that might be a reason why it's not yet available still as a separate download.
Actually for me the 3.3.1.1 looks OK so far - after only a few hours though.

Well caca

Still not working. My Norton is probably flagging the site as evil, and must be destoyed. Dam* Norton.

Oh well, I'll wait for the official Canon release.
