doomed

Without the direct print button, it is doomed to fail as a professional camera

Where do I sign? ;)

These actually look pretty good to me. Let's hope we'll see the 5D successor in fall.

Re: 4/3 screen ratio

Looks odd, but then it is a standard (and may be cheaper) format for LCD screens...

And then, data could be shown underneath for horizontal pictures, and vertical images would be bigger.

What I'm eager to see is whether focus points are going at least to the thirds !

Interesting, even though they're fake.

[edit] I edited this message just because I can.

Looks like they will incorporate the silver flash shoe similar to the 1DIII.

Re: 5D Mark II

okay, but now for the inside. will it have sensor shake dust removal, even lower noise at higher iso, still higher pixels?

Edit works slick.

Could they potentially put the MKII 1ds 16 MP sensor in a 5D ?

The LCD on the current 5D has a 4:3 aspect ratio.

is this for real ?????????????????? Re: 5D Mark II

since there have been so many fake 'preview' of upcoming cameras, not sure how 'real' is this one. kinds suspicious since it looks like formal release photo instead of spy photos.

Mode dial angle?

Is it me or does the mode dial on the top left look too angled to be natural? It is noticeably steeper than on the current 5D.

I think it's a fake

You can clearly see part of the top of the mode dail in both the front view AND rear view image of the camera. As if the dail was slightly tilted to the front when the front view image was taken and slightly angeled towards the rear when the rear view image was taken.

Usually these kind of shots are 'flat'. Too much of the top of the mode dail is visible on these images to make them believeable 'leaked' product shots.
On the other hand, I could be wrong ...
