zoom browser problem

When I click on zoombrowser (short cut) on front page, I get the message "invalid class string". I updated it a few months ago. I tried to remove the program from the canon utilities , but it failed to uninstall. How do I uninstall it? I want the old version back.

Re: zoom browser problem

This may be way of base, but are you running IE7 beta. I've had alot problems (strange ones) using IE7.

When I right click on it ,to check properties, it says zoom browser ex,that is all. Left click gives a critical error, invalid class string.

Re: zoom browser problem

I fixed it , with the help of the Canon guy, took all of Canon out of computer, then re-installed the disk. Will not up-date it. Works fine now.
