3rd way to 'Push-Process' to Higher ISOs

This is for folks with Photoshop 7.

I was just rummaging around in the Retouching forum seeing what I could find on this increasing-effective-ISO topic and discovered Sheri's 'Action for Shadow and Highlight Adjustments' which is designed to work with Photoshop 7 and gives a result almost identical to what you get with Shadow/Highlight in Photoshop CS! (Well done, Sheri!)

In fact, with the controls built into this Action the results require none of the adjustments that have to be done after using either my Screen stacking or Shadow/Highlight methods since the adjustments are done right there in the Action.
